I am not on Facebook at all, and though I'm technically on Twitter, it's not an account I use in any capacity.
I am on Instagram, but I don't tag anything or use it the way one is supposed to (it's mostly WIP pics you'll find on my Tumblr and pictures of my doggie).
MY ART IS NOT STOCK:
Yes, most of it is fanart, but it is still my art. This means don't alter, edit, use it in manipulations, reupload, repost, use it for 'story covers/banners', or otherwise claim it as your own.
That being said, if it for some reason inspires you to write fanfiction, you have my permission. This has actually come up more than once. O_o; I'd like to see what you come up with, so please send me a link! And in this case, you may use the associated piece as the 'cover' for your fic, unless the art was created for a specific story. (This is the case for several drawings pertaining to Of Nowhere and Neverwhen and some of my fanart for other authors' fics. If one of those catches your eye, ask me first before using it.)
Basically, if in doubt, please ask first.

ABOUT ME:
I have a master's degree in Cellular and Molecular Neuroscience, and a BA in Biology with minors in Neuroscience and Studio Art. Science and art are my two great passions in life. Reading is probably the third. I also enjoy torturing myself by (trying to) writ(e)ing fanfiction, even though I write more slowly than a seahorse swims.
I'm kind of really a lot introverted, and I don't typically say anything unless I have something important to say. I rarely initiate conversations, and I 'm always afraid that I come across as standoffish. Please don't take offense.
I'm female.
Art for me is a hobby. I do a lot of fan art. I tend to go through cyclical periods of interest in various fandoms. Basically, what I'm saying is: even I don't know what I'm going to draw next. Or the medium I will be using. Fanservice does tend to happen with male characters, though. Shrug
I like constructive criticism and will take it into consideration for future projects. I don't go back and change a finished piece, however. Non-constructive "critiques" will be summarily ignored, probably with an eye-roll and a snarky comment that I'll keep to myself. Also, I prefer any sort of critique to occur on recent work. The older a piece is, the more I can see what is wrong with it without outside help. Oftentimes, looking at my art that's more than a year old makes me cringe. Actually looking at most of my finished art makes me cringe because I notice problems as soon as I finish.
LLAMAS:
I like llamas. Chances are, you like llamas, too. So, I give llamas as a token of gratitude for fav's and watches. You don't have to thank me (It can be hard for me to keep up with messages, especially 'thank you's' and 'you're welcomes'. But a llama back is always appreciated.). c: I apologize if you do not like llamas. But really. Who doesn't like llamas.
That's about it. So long, and thanks for all the fish.
Thanks so much for the llama!, your art is really awesome^^
